Riverside County Restoration Services – Water, Fire, Mold, and Reconstruction
24/7 Emergency Response: (951) 579-4096
Superior Restoration serves every city in Riverside County from two offices: our founding Lake Elsinore HQ at 532 3rd Street, and our Murrieta office at 30100 Technology Drive. That puts a crew within 30 minutes of nearly every Riverside County address, from Norco on the western flank to Menifee in the south, from the Santa Ana River corridor to the Temecula Valley. No franchise restoration company in the SoCal market has two GBP-verified offices inside Riverside County. We do.
Why Riverside County Calls Superior Restoration
Founded in 2010 in Lake Elsinore, we have spent 16 years restoring properties across the Inland Empire and Temecula Valley. IICRC certified firm. CSLB License #983759. 24/7 dispatch from two in-county offices. Four core services covered end to end: water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and damage reconstruction. One company, one project manager, one crew from emergency mitigation through final paint.
Riverside County Is Two Restoration Markets Stitched Together
The Inland Empire western flank and the Temecula Valley southern flank sit inside the same county boundary, but they look almost nothing alike when a restoration call comes in. A 1955 ranch in central Riverside has cast iron drains and a raised foundation. A 2003 master-planned home in Wolf Creek has stucco-on-slab and a manufactured tile roof. Same county, completely different scoping playbook.
Western Riverside County, including the cities of Riverside, Corona, Norco, Moreno Valley, and Perris, sits in the Santa Ana River watershed. Decades of layered housing stock from 1950s tracts through 2000s infill mean galvanized supply lines fighting Eastern Municipal Water District’s hard water in older homes, slab leaks under newer ones, and storm runoff that reaches flood control channels through Norco and Corona during atmospheric river winters. The southern flank, including Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar, and Menifee, carries a different signature. The Elsinore Fault Zone runs through the southern county. The southwestern county sits within the Cleveland National Forest’s wildfire wind corridor. And 1990s-2000s master-planned housing across Wolf Creek, Redhawk, Vail Ranch, Paloma del Sol, and Harveston is now hitting plumbing, water heater, and appliance failure windows all at once.
Two highway corridors define our response geography. I-15 north-south carries our Lake Elsinore-Murrieta-Temecula coverage. I-215 north-south handles Moreno Valley, Perris, and Menifee. SR-91 east-west links Corona and Riverside. Two offices, two corridors, and a coverage map that does not depend on dispatching from outside the county.
What We Handle in Riverside County
Water Damage Restoration: Burst pipes, slab leaks, water heater failures, washing machine hose ruptures, storm flooding, sewer backups, Category 3 sewage cleanup. Emergency extraction, structural drying, contents restoration, and rebuild handled in-house.
Fire Damage Restoration: Kitchen and appliance fires, electrical fires, wildland fires pushing in from the southwestern WUI corridor. Board-up, smoke and soot removal, structural cleaning, odor elimination, contents restoration, and full reconstruction.
Mold Remediation: IICRC S520 protocol. Inspection and air quality testing, containment, HEPA scrubbing, removal, post-remediation clearance. Older Inland Empire homes with undiagnosed slab leaks often carry hidden mold by the time anyone notices.
Damage Reconstruction: Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, painting, roofing, full structural repair after water, fire, or mold damage. CSLB License #983759. We do not subcontract the rebuild.

Two Offices, One Coverage Map
Lake Elsinore HQ at 532 3rd Street covers Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Perris, Norco, Lake Elsinore proper, and the western edge of Wildomar. Drive times run 25 to 45 minutes depending on the corridor. The Murrieta office at 30100 Technology Drive covers Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, and the eastern side of Wildomar. Most Temecula Valley addresses are reached in 10 to 15 minutes via I-15. Wildomar sits between the two offices, and dispatch goes to whichever crew is closer when the call comes in. That two-office arithmetic does not exist for any franchise model dispatching from a single OC or LA County branch.
Why Two GBP Offices in Riverside County Matter
Most franchise restoration companies cover Riverside County from one branch, often in Orange County or northern Riverside. That puts them on the wrong side of the I-15 corridor for at least half the county and adds 40 to 60 minutes to any Temecula Valley dispatch. We split coverage at the Lake Elsinore-Murrieta line, which means a Temecula slab leak gets a Murrieta crew, and a Corona burst pipe gets a Lake Elsinore crew. Real local presence translates to faster response, more accurate first-call scoping, and 16 years of accumulated knowledge about which neighborhoods produce which failure patterns.
